Returns and refunds

Every Scooter Squad item is printed to order, just for you.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives with a print fault, damage, or isn't what you ordered, email us at hello@workbenchhq.com.au with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, and we'll cover the postage.

Change of mind
Because each item is printed to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns, and that includes ordering the wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product before you order. If you're not sure, message us and we'll help you pick.

Your rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
